Current Vice President

Attorney Terrence R. Nealon, Jr. is a partner with the law firm of McDonald &
MacGregor, LLC, where he has practiced since January 2020.

Mr. Nealon focuses his practice on matters dealing with workers’ compensation, motor
vehicle collisions, premises liability, and personal injury.  As part of his practice, he has argued cases across the Commonwealth, regularly appearing before judges of the Courts of Common Pleas, Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth Court of
Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nealon is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nealon is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the
Northeastern Pennsylvania Healthcare Foundations, and the Alumni Board of Governors for Scranton Preparatory School.


Mr. Nealon additionally serves his community as a member of Borough Council for the
Borough of Clarks Green, where he presently serves as Vice President.

Mr. Nealon is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2011.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Villanova University, where he graduated cum laude in 2008.

Mr. Nealon’s roots with the Friendly Sons date back to his late grandfather, the
Honorable William J. Nealon, who served as the society’s President in 1964. The 1964 dinner is perhaps one of the most notable and memorable in the history of the society, as the principal speaker for evening was United States Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, making one of his first public appearances since the assassination of his brother, President John F. Kennedy. Mr. Nealon’s father, the Honorable Terrence R. Nealon, served as the society’s President in 1995, and his uncle, Attorney Thomas R. Nealon, served as the society’s President in 2001. Mr. Nealon attended his first dinner in 1995, serving as a flag bearer for his father’s dinner.

Mr. Nealon has been a long-time member of the executive committee of the society. He
served as Assistant Secretary of the Society in 2019-20, and Secretary of the society in 2021-22.

Mr. Nealon resides in Clarks Green with his wife, Mary Elizabeth, and two daughters Genevieve and Caroline.
